We used Kevin & King Street Construction after an exhaustive research and references to build an ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) behind our home. From design concept, permitting, and build, they were responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. All work were completed on time including all inspections. Our tiny home is beautiful, functional, and overall an added value to existing home.

I would definitely recommend King Street Construction. They renovated the basement in my 1939 home in Downtown Kitchener. Kevin and his group of professional, friendly and knowledgeable contractors got the job done well! Kevin often supervised and came by the house to make sure the contractors followed through and completed the work correctly. He always provided me with an update as to what work would be done and what was expected. When we experienced a few hiccups, Kevin always had a plan B and solutions for the next steps. In the end, King Street Construction built a beautiful and elegant washroom with a glass shower and a functional spacious bedroom in the basement that adds character and value to my home.
