Requirements
- Lot frontage of 43 feet
- Total lot size of 4200 sq ft
- No more than 2 units on the property currently
- Maximum size of 860 sq ft or 50% of the main house (whichever is less)
All of our ADUs are built with durability and ease of construction in mind.
We offer 3 base models of ADUs that fit most clients needs:
500 Sq ft 1 bedroom ADU
Our most cost effective and quickest ADU.
800 sq ft 2 bedroom ADU
This is our most common ADU and offers the best value. The ADU featured on this page is this model.
1700 sq ft 3 bedroom ADU
This is our premium offering and includes a full finished basement to double your square footage.
